Linen and towels are included.
Minimum stay 3 nights.

We require a deposit of 25% when booking. 30 days before arrival, the total amount and the 150 euro guarantee must be paid by bank.
The guarantee will be refunded after the final cleaning if all is well.

Canoe, Catamaran and waterbike

• The deposit must be paid within one week after the reservation is made or the reservation expires.
• If canceled you will get no refund of the deposit.
• We recommend a cancellation travel insurance.
• Your stay in the apartments and use of the pool is at your own risk
• The apartments are non smoking.
• On the day of arrival your apartment is available from 15:00 and on the day of your departure until 12:00, contact us if you would like to change the times.
• Our location is a quiet and has some steep sections (children should be watched).
• In principle there are no pets allowed due to the quiet nature of the area.
• There are parking possibilities.
