La Yesera

The former La Yesera

La Yesera means gypsum factory and that is what it was too. Thirty years ago it was closed and the plant and the owner's house fell into disrepair. Christina and Hans decided to have in achieving their project, both the old walls of the factory aswell as the gypsum ovens to restore it in it's original state and that the house is being restored and converted into two apartments.

The future La Yesera

La Yesera has a driveway with a length of one kilometer. It's a beautiful ride with on one side the pine trees and the other side a view of the lake, after which one arrives at the actual Hostalito where it's heavenly quiet. A silence only interrupted by the sound of wind and water and the singing of birds. It's an atmosphere that Hans and Christina like to share with their guests.
Hostalito La Yesera is situated on a beautiful lake and has two apartements with room for ten guests in total. If required, all rooms are heated by wood stoves. La Yesera also has a large swimming pool with sun terrace.
